This Privacy Policy explains what information Lashed By Michelle collects when you book an appointment at lashedbymichelle.com, how that information is used, and who it's shared with. By booking an appointment or otherwise submitting your information through this site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

When you book an appointment, we collect the information you enter in the booking form:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Any notes you add (allergies, inspiration photos, requests, etc.)
• The service, date, and time you select

We don't collect payment information through this site, and we don't use tracking cookies or analytics scripts that follow you across other websites.

How we use your information

We use the information above only to:

• Create, confirm, reschedule, and manage your appointment
• Send you a booking confirmation and an appointment reminder, by email and/or text message
• Add your appointment to Lashed By Michelle's calendar
• Contact you directly if something about your appointment needs attention

How we share your information

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do use a small number of service providers strictly to operate the site and deliver the service you booked — for example, a texting provider to send appointment texts, an email provider to send appointment emails, a calendar provider to schedule your appointment, and a database host to store the booking. These providers only receive what's needed to perform that specific task, and none of them are permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

How long we keep your information

We keep appointment records for as long as reasonably needed to run the business (for example, scheduling history and client records). If you'd like your information corrected or deleted, just reach out to Lashed By Michelle directly and we'll take care of it.

How your information is protected

Your information is stored in a private, password-protected database. It isn't publicly accessible, and only Lashed By Michelle can view it.

Your choices

You can reply STOP to any text message from Lashed By Michelle at any time to stop receiving texts, or reply HELP for help. You can also ask Lashed By Michelle directly to update, correct, or delete your information.
