These Terms & Conditions govern your use of lashedbymichelle.com and your booking of appointments with Lashed By Michelle. By booking an appointment through this site, you agree to these terms.
Services, prices, and available times shown on the site are set by Lashed By Michelle and may change. Booking an appointment reserves a specific time slot for you; a confirmation is sent once your booking is complete. You can reschedule or cancel your own appointment using the link in your confirmation, up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Changes requested within 24 hours should be made by contacting Lashed By Michelle directly.
By entering your phone number when booking an appointment, you consent to receive text messages from Lashed By Michelle related to that appointment: a booking confirmation, and a reminder the day before your appointment. These are transactional messages about your own appointment, not marketing messages.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Lashed By Michelle may need to shorten your service or reschedule if you arrive significantly late, to stay on schedule for other clients.
Lashed By Michelle provides services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lashed By Michelle is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site or its booking system, including delayed or undelivered emails or text messages.
